The working room of the control system is used for the overall operation of the underground electric pump system. The working room body meets the requirements of Class A fire prevention, and is equipped with thermal insulation layer and fire protection outfitting. The main internal equipment includes explosion-proof air conditioner, electric control cabinet, frequency converter, filter, transformer, etc., which meets the operation requirements of the classification society as a whole.
The device is a skid equipment, the main body is a high-pressure reciprocating pump, the fixed three-plunger design, the transmission form is internal tooth transmission, the maximum pressure is 25MPa, the displacement is greater than 12m ³/h, and the transmission medium is hydrochloric acid with strong corrosion.
The metering pump skid is used for injecting emulsion in oilfield. It adopts double pump design and is equipped with explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof control box, reducer, accumulator, dissolving tank, stirring system, etc. The cables are armored marine cables. The whole skid displacement is ≥ 1000L/h, the discharge pressure is ≥ 25MPa, the lift is ≥ 500m, the flow accuracy is high, and the temperature is wide. The tank body and pipeline are made of 316L material, independently controlled valves, and resistant to acid and alkali, and equipped with a heat tracing system to ensure that it can be used normally under extreme conditions.
