1. Operating conditions

The cable receiver is a professional equipment that provides power to the submersible pump at different depths and positions in the oil drilling process. According to the length of the cable, the cable lifts and falls with the submersible pump during operation.

2. Function

Because the weight of the electric submersible pump and the power cable is relatively heavy, the cable is wound in the steel drum. When lifting, mechanical equipment is required to rotate, rewind, adjust speed and change direction of the cable drum, and brake can be realized in case of emergency.

3. Equipment composition

The cable release machine adopts hydraulic drive mode, which is composed of hydraulic station, transmission device, control valve group, frame, winch shaft, etc. The transmission device adopts the integration of radial piston motor and planetary reducer, and the clutch function is realized by the guide column. The reversing valve adopts the forward and reverse positioning handle to control the forward and reverse rotation, start and stop, speed regulation, reversing and emergency braking of the cable winch. The speed control valve is used to control the speed of the cable winch, and the cable winch is stepless speed regulation in the range of 0-20r/min. The hydraulic system is provided with a bypass circuit, and according to user requirements, the cable can be driven and fixed. The control valve group is located near the hydraulic station of the rack with a protective cover. The transmission device, hydraulic device and electric control box shall be reinforced with protective rail steel pipes and detachable.
