The size of the room is 4000mm × 2200mm × 2400mm, the total weight is 3.5t, the positive pressure explosion-proof design is adopted, the fire alarm system and the combustible gas alarm system ensure the safe work of the internal operators. The room is mainly equipped with centrifugal explosion-proof fan, explosion-proof air conditioner, explosion-proof control cabinet, A0 grade fire door, escape door, etc., with desk, swivel chair, office computer, emergency lighting system and explosion-proof lamps. The control system adopts Siemens or ABB imported frequency converter, and is equipped with two independent marine 380V and 220V explosion-proof junction boxes and 220V marine AC to 24V DC transformer, which provides power system support for 220V lighting system, 380V power control system, 380V motor and digital display 24V instrument. The explosion-proof room as a whole has obtained the positive pressure explosion-proof certificate certified by China Classification Society. It can be applied to harsh environments such as offshore operation platforms to ensure possible voltage fluctuations and instantaneous changes, environmental temperature changes, vibration, moisture, jolt, impact and corrosion.
